Yes, there is a service charge which Varies by distance 4: Do you do warranty work? Yes and no. We are happy to do the warranty /insurance work although the customer will have to make payment directly and they can deal with their warranty company to be reimbursed which we are happy to provide you with all of the paperwork so you can recieve payment 5: Does someone need to be present for you to work on your rv? yes, we no longer service rvs if no one over the age of 18 is PRESENT TO sign a work authorization form so the work can be verified and properly went over with you the customer while a technician is still on site. This avoids any discrepancies or miscommunications about work needing to be performed and signed off on. From experience this saves a lot of trouble and most services require an adult on site to begin work so this should not be treated differently and we apologize thayt you have to take off of work. 6: What is your warranty? Labor is warrantied for 90 days from TIME-OF-SERVICE completion and parts fall under manufacturer warranty 7: Parts and material payments? Parts over $200 must be paid for by the customer before work will begin.
